This manual provides you with basic care and maintenance instructions so you can get the most out of your instruments. We hope you will read this carefully to help alleviate any problems with your instrument and to get more enjoyment from your music.

  • Apply a liberal amount of cork grease onto the mouthpiece cork of the neck assembly.
  • Join the mouthpiece and the neck assembly together with a gentle, twisting motion.
  • Apply a small amount of cork grease to the base of the of neck assembly. Insert neck base into the body section. Then, tighten the neck screw.
  • Adjust the lip plate so the embouchure hole is inline with the C # key on the body joint.

Step 4:

Adjust the lip plate so the embouchure hole is inline with the C # key on the body joint.


3. Disassembly

  • Loosen the neck screw after playing and remove neck from body section.
  • Separate the mouthpiece from the neck with a gentle, twisting motion.
  • Remove reed and place in a safe place to dry.

4. Inspection & Maintenance

  • Draw a cleaning swab through the body section to remove any excess moisture.
  • Wipe the body and the keys gently with the supplied cleaning cloth. Take care not to scratch or damage the body or keys by improper handling.
  • Clean and dry the mouthpiece and reed.
  • To lengthen the life of the reed, store the reed in a reed protector.
