Paul Schütt

After graduating from the Mannheim music college, Paul Ludwig Schütt joined the SWR Big Band (SDR) in Stuttgart (Germany). He also taught at the Johannes-Gutenberg university in Mainz and at the state-recognized school for jazz and popular music FMW in Frankfurt. After his state examination (secondary school teacher) in 2007, PLS started teaching music at IGS Rockenhausen. Paul Ludwig Schütt has played with the HR BigBand, NDR BigBand, Rias Berlin, Dieter Reith Orchester, Max Greger (father and son), Paul Kuhn, Peter Herbolzheimer.  

In addition to his activity as jazz trombone player, bigband leader, composer, arranger and university professor, he runs a recording studio and publishes specialized books.
